About Your New Home

  • Moving in or out is permitted only during the hours of 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.   All moves require a moving deposit and must be done through the parking garage.  

  • Directory Intercom & Key Fobs setup is provided for all new residents.  Please register and we will add your name to the directory and tell you how you can order more key fobs as needed.

  • Wireless Internet is provided throughout the building for residents, owners, and guests.  Learn how to  configure your computer to use our Internet service

  • Fire Safety. Your new building is equipped with modern fire detection and suppression systems.   Fire sprinklers are located throughout the building and fire extinguishers are located in all corridors.  

  • Noise.  Please consider other residents, remembering that walls, ceilings, floors and patios are not sound proof and noise is prevalent through the patio, stairways and hallway doors.

  • Association Dues are due on the first of each month and are determined by the annual budget. Your HOA installment cover such items as water, heat, trash, gas, landscaping, snow removal and cleaning.

  • Decks & Patios are great for live foliage, kept in good condition may be placed on patios during the summer months.   Storage on any deck, patio or visible area from the common elements is not be permitted.

  • Fitness Center.   Briargate has a beautiful fitness center complete with aerobic and strength equipment, free weights, and entertainment equipment.   We hope you will have an opportunity to make use of this amenity.

  • Central Hot Water.   Briargate has two central boilers that provide heat and hot water to Briargate.  This system is controlled by a computer that anticipates demand and keeps your home and water ready for use.

  • Air Conditioner & Heater.  Bunits are installed in each unit at Briargate.  Central boilers provide hot water which is converted into heat in your unit.  Learn more about how these systems work and maintenance requirements.

  • Insurance The association insures the shell of the building and the common elements, but all owners need to secure their own homeowner’s insurance. It is recommended that renters obtain renter’s insurance.

  • Remodeling can bring great new life to you condominium and make for great new uses of existing space.  We have a process for architural control review and approval and look forward to working with you.

  • Barbeque Grills.  Denver has specific guidelines for condominium building when choosing balcony grills.   LP gas bottles are limited to 1 lb and charcoal is prohibited to reduce risk of fire. 

    • Parking Garage & Storage.  A modern underground parking and storage facility is available to Briargate Residents.  Remote garage door openers provide easy access.

    • Pets bring much joy and liveliness to our community.  However, they also can be a source of conflict. As in most communities we strive to work with all residents to make pets enjoyable for all.

    • Satellite Antennas (dishes) are allowed on balconies/patios pursuant to current FCC rulings and guidelines of the Association.   Each unit has an approved location for placement of the satellite dish.

    • Your Participation. Everyone is encouraged to participate in the life of the community. At the same time, we honor the fact that people have different levels of "time" and need to make decisions for themselves about participation.

    • Conference & Business Center is available for meetings, to watch movies/television, to send/receive faxes, for conference or video calls or just to relax in a quiet environme

    • Electric Power & Cable TV and Phone Wiring.  Electricity is provided to each unit by Xcel Energy. The association provides electric power for hallway and common area lighting and mechanical equipment.
