The association has found that noise complaints are best resolved directly between the neighbors involved. We request that residents contact the neighbors directly (either in person or writing) in an attempt to resolve the situation three times before the association will get involved. Most people are reasonable and happy to turn down the music or be quieter. We all live in a common interest community and respect for our neighbors is important for everyones happiness.
